Sounds too good to be true, to get good news, right?
How do I get to hear good news and positive stuff?
First, where do you get bad news?
- on your TV set with the nightly news
- reading a newspaper
- even on the radio
- from negative friends
In addition to bad news, there are other sources of negative vibes, from most TV programs, from much popular music, even from Social media.
Where can I get good news and positive thoughts?
- uplifting music
- reading empowering and uplifting books
- hanging around with positive people
Does this sound like a major life change? probably.

How would your life improve if felt more positive about everything, focusing on the good things in life?
Wouldn’t your day improve if you focused on the good things?

I recently saw Jerry Clark talk about a 30 day fast. I believe that the 30 days is important if you want to change your habits. Here’s what Jerry proposes for you:

30 day mental fast:
For the next 30 days;
- Read only positive stuff
- Turn off your TV
- Turn off your Radio (or only listen to positive and uplifting music)
- Don’t read Newspapers
- Associations, limit your exposure to negative people
- Drink lots of Water
- Get Exercise
- Reflection, think grateful thoughts and affirmations
This should help you break the negative cycle, and increase the positive power of the inner you, setting you up for success.
God bless,
Ron
