Why we must leave the past behind.

Of coarse we have to leave the past behind, it is the past, for goodness sakes

And we Baby Boomers have a “lot of past”, don’t we.

We can celebrate our past victories while refusing to be dragged down by our mistakes, which we have all made by the way.

Did you make New Year’s resolutions for 2017?

I bet you wanted thinks to be different this year, right?

Too many of us want things to be different but we don’t want to change.

First, we must recognize that change is inevitable. 

Well, we can’t go back to the 1950’s anyways.

With technology advancing, change can be great for us, but we need to embrace it.

Second, we must decide to act and then act.

We baby boomers often have 2 areas of concern:

One – a skinny wallet, generally underfunded for what we want to accomplish

Two –  time – either too much or too little

Good news – there are solutions available to us.

Bad news – we will have to make changes

On the skinny wallet side, we may have to get out of our comfort zone to make positive change into our lives. Let’s discuss this another day, or just give me a call.

On the time side, maybe I can help you to get time and money, at the same time?

So the good news again, you can make things different going forward.

And again the bad news, you may have to change what you do on a daily basis.
