Most people ask “What should I blog about?” when starting their blogging adventure.
That is a common and understandable question. I hope you will find the answer to be as understandable.
Give them what they need to know?
First, you should be speaking to your target audience, and give them what they need to know.
When you are new you feel that you don’t know much. When I was young, I became an apprentice electrician and learned from journeyman electricians, but I also learned from more senior electrician apprentices.
Why could I learn from the other apprentices? Because they had learned something I haven’t yet learned.
If you are starting out as a blogger, you probably have taken courses, as I have, to learn more about blogging from people who are already successful bloggers.
If you were on a one hour webinar about blogging, you already know more about some facet of blogging than someone just starting out.
If you attended a training, online of offline, you already know more about that subject than someone just starting out.
The bottom line?
There are people who need to know what you know, and don’t know how to get the information.
So, just write a blog post, presenting what you have learned, use the right keywords, and they may find you, and benefit from your knowledge.
It is always about providing value, and providing people with what they need is providing value.
I hope you found value here, and if you did, please like and share this info with others.
I am rootin’ for your success!
