What do I mean: Who Should You Work With?
If you are in network marketing, you may feel that you can work with everyone. That just may make your life difficult. and we didn’t get in the business to create difficulties, right?
“How can I find people” should be filtered by “who should I work with?”
Who are the right people?
How about people who:- Wants it, not needs it
- Strong desire to achieve
- Positive attitude
- Sense of responsibility
- Good work ethic
- Commits to the “long haul”
Who are the wrong people?
You may find these people:- Needs it, but doesn’t want to do what it takes
- attitude of expectation for results without work
- Negative attitude
- Entitlement attitude, the world owes them a living
- Blames others for their results
- Looking for something for nothing
- Looking for Quick Fix
What happens if you work with the wrong people?
- They steal your time
- They are looking for you to do it for them
- They drag you down
- Your results suck
- You don’t even want to sponsor more people if this is what you are going to get
- You become unmotivated and maybe disillusioned in your own business
What happens when you work with the right people?
- You feel empowered by the success you help them create
- You enjoy working with your team
- You look forward to helping even more people join your mission
- You grow with success
- Your results are great
