Home based business questions? Will they really work for me?

I have heard:

• I knew somebody that was “in one of those things”
• I tried one once and it didn’t work out.

These are legitimate questions but need to be fleshed out.

#1 – If You tried a home business once and it didn’t work out.

Reminds me of a similar analogy.

• Have you ever gone to a restaurant and had a bad meal?
• Have you ever gone to a restaurant and had bad service?
• Have you ever gone to a restaurant and had to wait even though you had a reservation?

Unless you don’t get out much, the answer is “of course”.

My question is: do you still go to restaurants? And the answer is “of course” you do.

#2 – I tried it once and it didn’t work out.

You may need to look back and ask – did anyone in the company make money? If the answer is yes, then the business worked.

However, it may not have worked for you and it also may not have been your fault.

There are many companies and distributors that don’t always have a good success system. There is often a lack of training and confusion on what the business really is about.

This lack of success when a person with a reasonable amount of effort does not succeed in a reasonable amount of time often is a result poor training and wrong expectations.

Network marketing has received a lot of bad press when someone sees the possibilities and goes out without training, the right plan, and the right expectations and turns off everyone they talk to.

OK, what can we do about it?

We who are in Network Marketing can approach the business professionally!

Considerations on starting a home business:

• Find the right company (seasoned management with a good track record)
• Find the right team who use a good business system.
• Find the right product.
• Find something that you can feel passionately about.

You can do it!. You can have a successful home business!
