How You can become a Top Earner – 4 Key Steps:
Here are 4 Tips that I learned from Ray Higdon, on how to become a Top Earner.
1. Communication:
The ability to communicate with yourself is very important – that is where to start (that could be a whole blog post in itself).
How you communicate with others is very important if you are to be a leader and top earner.
2. Serving:
In your communications, use a serving language.
Instead of “You do it” directives, use something more like “Come let’s do it”. If you were receiving direction from someone, wouldn’t the second method produce far more positive results?
The would also be a good example of Leadership versus Management
3. Teach Core Skills:
You need to be able to teach the core skills that they need to succeed in your business.
4. Vision:
The ability to cast a vision and inspire your team is a key requirement if you are to be a top earner.
They need to see a vision bigger than themselves, yet one they can sign up to – you need to be a master vision painter!
