Start right – set SMART goals!
We said goodbye to 2013 and now it is time. Start 2014 off on the right foot.
Envision where you want to be in 2014 and establish a plan.
Step One – you need to write down your goals.
But what goals will you write down? You need to decide what the right goals are for you. Here’s where I can help!
First – You need to decide where you want to be a year from now.
Second – Organize and write down your goals per the following SMART criteria.
S – Specific – be very specific on what you want to achieve
M – Measurable – the goals must be measurable
A – Achievable – your goals must be achievable (should stretch you but you need to be able to achieve them)
R – Relevant – your goals need to be relevant to your vision of where you want to be, and inline with your values
T – Timeline – your goals need to be time specific, with a target and deadline date established
If you follow these guidelines, you should be on your way to a successful 2014.
