Video blogging tip: Equipment to Use
You probably have the question: What equipment do I use to record my video?
Which camera? Which microphone.
The good news is you probably have everything you need. Start where you are.
Right now you need to focus on content, not technology.
If you have a smart phone, you are set. If you have a laptop (or desktop), you are set.
If you have a tablet computer, same thing.
You can record good videos on all of the above, as most have pretty decent cameras.
If you want to look like the pros, you may want a better camera, a better microphone, and better lighting equipment.
For now, just use the equipment at your disposal. And make natural lighting your friend. You can even use reflective lighting outdoors, like a window etc. Make sure the light is on you, and not on the camera, as your video will be washed out.
So if you are just starting on your video blogging, relax and start where you are.
