Why does truth appear to be so elusive?

Today we live in a divided nation, divided on what is truth.

Today our world is suffering, and we sure would like to know “what is truth”

Let’s look at this whole Corona Virus thing:

  • The virus first surfaced in an open air fresh market
  • The virus “escaped” from a high security virus lab

or the virus itself

  • The virus occurred naturally from bats
  • A Nobel-prize winning Japanese physician-scientist-immunologist who is also familiar with the Wuhan lab says it is man-made

or reporting in China

  • The Chinese Communist Party disclosed the facts to the world as they knew them
  • The doctors who discovered how contagious was the virus reported it to the CCP and then they disappeared when they later reported to the press

or the Chinese Communist Party

  • The CCP didn’t know it was contagious human to human so it wasn’t reported
  • The CCP cancelled all domestic flights in/out of Wuhan but did not cancel international flights

or the World Health Organization

  • The WHO were caught by surprise when they found out it was contagious
  • The WHO were covering for the CCP when they criticized President Trump’s action on restricting air travel from China

or the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation

  • The Gates Foundation’s experience with vaccines shows them that this is the only solution to protect the world
  • The Gates Foundation stands to gain massively from it’s investment it pharmaceutical companies which produces vaccines and that they have created havoc in 3rd world countries introducing vaccines as a depopulation initiative

or the conspiracy theories

  1. The whole One World Order is just a conspiracy theory
  2. Bill Gates is the savior of the world? Curious how the Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Henry Kissinger, George Soros etc keep meeting to discuss eugenics, depopulation, how to deal with a pandemic, and what about this ID2020 digital ID thing?

or the lockdowns

  • Everything was above board all with the wise people who predicted a massive pandemic, using unproven 10 year old lines of code, and they just made an honest mistake, all of them.
  • This was a conspiracy to reduce European and North American economies buy shutting them down as an emotional and not logical reaction to this pandemic

or the American media

  • are just reporting what is happening?
  • are creating the emergency as a basis for governors shutting down their state’s economies?

Have you ever in your lifetime seen such a mess?

And such a never-ending difference of opinion on “what is truth”

 

As in yesterday, today, and tomorrow I believe there is only one source of truth,

Jesus said in John 14:6; “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me”.

 

I believe much of this reaction/over-reaction to this virus is due to Fear

Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ Isaiah 41:10

 

And what protection do we have against this virus?

No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord. Isaiah 54:17

 

I find that I can (and have) get wrapped up in all this mess swirling around me and I can easily let it get inside my head displacing thoughts that are more profitable to my future.

 

How about you?

How about we both resolve to hold close to the Lord, remain in the shelter of His wings, and trust in the real truth (His Word)? The real answer to what is truth?
